1-Year Replacement Guarantee

  • Coverage:
    If any problems arise within one year from the date of purchase, Dhuha Mart Smart will:
    • Replace all defective parts free of charge.
    • Provide free service and repair during the replacement process.
  • Conditions for Acceptance:
    • The product must retain the original warranty sticker intact and undamaged.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be presented.
    • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair attempts will void the guarantee.
    • Issues caused by external damage (hammer strikes, burns, floods, or other accidents) are not covered.

5-Year Free Service Warranty

  • Coverage:
    If any issues occur within five years from the date of purchase:
    • Customers will purchase the required replacement parts.
    • Dhuha Mart Smart will provide free service for installation and repair.
  • Conditions for Acceptance:
    • The product must have the original warranty sticker intact.
    • Proof of purchase must be provided.
    • Warranty will not apply if:
      • The product shows signs of tampering or unauthorized repairs.
      • Damage is caused by misuse, external force, or accidents.
      • Consumables like batteries are not covered.

General Terms

  • Both the guarantee and warranty are non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty sticker and serial number must be clearly visible and unaltered.
  • Services under warranty must be availed only through authorized Dhuha Mart Smart service centers and authorized suppliers.

Exclusions from Warranty/Guarantee

  1. Physical damage caused by improper installation or use (e.g., hammer strikes, water damage, fire, etc.).
  2. Normal wear and tear of parts like batteries, screws, or cosmetic components.
  3. Alteration of the warranty sticker or serial number.
  4. Repairs by unauthorized technicians or service centers.
